Google Secrets was a very short ebook that I wrote a long time ago about getting a website listed at Google. By short I mean like 20 pages.

It was filled with the most basic information you can imagine, and is no longer even remotely relevant or even correct. So I don’t offer it for download anymore.

At the time, I gave it away for free as a gift to the subscribers of my WebPromotion-Weekly newsletter.

I liked to offer little freebie eBooks like this every once in a while that didn’t take much time to write but added value and had neat looking cover graphics to grab people’s attention.

As a strategy, it worked pretty well to keep people interested in reading my newsletter week after week for the nearly 5 years I published the thing, and it also kept open rates high.
